Recipe: Brew Harry Potter Butterbeer

I've wanted to make this for ages, but I always stumble upon the same issues, they don't sell the ingredients here (butter extract? I don't even know what that is and google had  hard time finding it as well) or it is missing ingredients that in my opinion should be in it.
So I've decided to make my own by using the best and logic bits of different recipes. I've always been a disaster when it comes to following recipes so this suits me. Basically this is how I've done it, feel dree to experiment as well.



Ingredients:
• 1 tbs Vanilla aroma / essence
• 1 tbs Maple syrup
• 8 tbs Brown sugar
• 1 tbs Lemon juice

Topping:
• 120 ml heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla aroma / essence
• 1/2 tsp butterscotch
• 3 tbsp marshmallow fluff
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar


Time: 15-20 minutes

        1. Add about 1/2 cup of sugar into a bowl, along with a tbs vanilla aroma/ essence, a tbs lemon juice and 2 tbs of maple syrup into a bottle.

        2. Add about 250/300 ml water to the bottle. Put the cap on and shake untill everything is mixed well and set aside.

        3. Whip the wipping cream and combine the whipped cream, the powdered sugar 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp of butterscotch and the marshmallow fluff into a bowl and beat with a whisk.

        4. Fill half your glas with the mixture in the bottle and use a spoon to put the wipping cream mixture on


This beverage is cold but you can also warm it up and serve it warm.
