Halloween Zombie Nail Art

Due a busy schedule I haven't been exactly active. However, now that Halloween and other holidays is coming up, I'm extremely motitvated to post because I have actually stuff to post about.

Now, I made some Halloween before and I even made Iron Fist zombie nail art before [post] yet, for Halloween I wanted to do it again, but different and this time on my nails ofcourse.

What I've used:
Essence Colour & Go 106 Free Hugs (note: I added orange nail polish to the bottle to make it a sweeter pink)
Hema 56
Kiss nail art striper black and white

Mario mushroom nail art

So while I was playing Mario Kart on the wii the other day, I was wondering myself, why I never did any nailart for this? It's not hard, so why not?

So while watching 'Shutter Island' I took my time to do it, let it dry properly and trying to do a neat job.

Iron Fist zombie inspired nail art

Halloween is coming up, well I'm quite early but Walibi Fright Nights starts early October so in my opinion it's allowed. Therefor I've decided to practice with some nail art again. Iron Fist inspired, but I didn't wanted the neat and perfect cartoon look. I think it worked out oke!
And if I actually had money for it I've bought those fabulous shoes ages ago already.

Essie: Where's My Chauffeur

I have a new polish I absolutely adore by Essie 242: Where's My Chauffeur? So I made a swatch but also added some gold as well, since just blue nails alone isn't enough. On the swatch I applied 2 coats and a topcoat.

Time for some creepy, dirty bloody zombie nail art.

So what did I do?
1. I used a cotton swat to apply a bit of red (Essence Colour & Go 114 Fame Fatal) on my cuticles.
2. After that I used a sponge and applied black (Hema 22) in layers on my tips. Don't let it fully dry.
3. Push, by using a toothpick, bits of the nail polish away.
4. Apply on the open "spaces" a bloody coloured nailpolish. Let it drip and blow it to the side.
5. Drop a few random drops on your nails and let it all dry.

Only apply a shiny topcoat to the red for a wet bloody look.

Halloween Nail Art Tutorial

Finally, I did it. my first Halloween nail art tutorial. Now I wanted to make a video tutorial but after we moved my charger disappeared. No sweat though, I took the photo's instead.
